Microsoft Access 2010 Training
Microsoft Access is a relational database application, providing an efficient method of storing and
retrieving data by allowing you to create links
between data tables.
Access also allows you to create front end user
forms in addition to professionally presented
reports.
Querying data is an important part of any database
development: the Access beginners' course looks
at the different types of queries that are available.
Access 2010 provides some useful new features including new database templates and application parts for quick and easy, out-of-the-box database set up. Access 2010 also allows calculated fields.
Excel provides many database functions, including
lookup functions but Access may provide a better
solution to your database requirements.
Blue Pecan runs a number of different Microsoft
Access training courses to suit different skill
levels or topics of interest. Many of the skills
are incremental so it is important that you have
covered the basics listed in the beginners' course
before you try anything more adventurous. |
